You need to read this infographic regarding the Internet Blacklist Bill. There is a lot of internet regulation/privacy talks occurring in the Government right now and it’s a dark and scary time for us all. More than ever people should be making themselves familiar with the bills that have and possibly will be passed in the near future. Remember friends, if a bills passed in the White House and nobodies there to see it, the bill is still passed. Make it a point this week to do some e-search regarding these policies so that you can help to protect the sanctity of the interwebs. Remember kids, only you can prevent firewalls.

Wired is one sexy magazine and recently they posted a story regarding a group of researchers who used typosquatting to pull 20 gigs worth of emails in from various popular websites. Researchers claimed that the information ranged from user account details, contracts, and industry secrets were obtained. Apparently there’s about 30% of fortune 500 companies that are vulnerable to this type of penetration…. you know what that means!
